Documents Required From Non-Egyptian Students

Who Wish To Pay Their Tuition According To The Egyptian Tuition Rate

(All documents have to be originals)

Required Documents

I. Egyptians nationality

·   A birth certificate

·   If the Egyptian nationality is acquired after birth, official evidence has to be submitted.

II. Non-Egyptians who are permanently resident

·   A certificate from passport and residence dept. (Ministry of Interior), proving the student has a permanent and continuous residence in Egypt for more than 10 consecutive years.

·   A proof showing that the entire family income is in Egyptian pounds (for example: an original of a commercial register form). This proof should be notarized.

·   A declaration from the father or guardian the entire family income is produced in Egyptian pounds.

III. Non-Egyptian sons or daughters of Egyptian divorced or widowed mothers

Widowed mothers:

·   Birth certificate of student.

·   Death certificate of father.

·   An evidence of permanent residence of the student with mother in Egypt.

Divorced mothers:

·   Birth certificate of student.

·   Divorce certificate.

·   A declaration from mother stating that she is not remarried to the student’s father after divorce.

·   An evidence of permanent residence of the student with the mother in Egypt.
